Screaming Art Group artist Alex Kuznetsov will have a solo show, entitled “Ground Line / Horizons”, in the National Contemporary Art Center, Belarus (Minsk) between 30-01-2020 and 01-03-2020.
Acording to the artist: "A simple line on a wall gives this wall a meaning. It becomes easier to perceive the picture. Even if there is nothing on it but dies with color and lines, I already see the horizon and it is easier for me. It is easier because I always draw color and shape, but I don’t give it a meaning, because it is an abstraction. There should be no point in abstraction, it just happens. But here is the line, and I see the horizon, I see the perspective and recall the view from the car on the way home. You can talk about this, but you can keep quiet, everyone still has their own road and their own horizons, and the line is just a line or a horizon."
